Chantelle joined Brightstar in 2018 as a case manager for the residential mortgage team.

Chantelle is a perfect example of our ‘growing our own’ culture, having expanded her knowledge by working within each of our different departments and managing several consultants’ pipelines, and working her way up the ladder to becoming head of sales support. In this newly created role, she is able to support all sales support team members in the day-to-day running’s of the department, manage and implementing new processes and contributing to the development of their knowledge and skillset.  Outside of work, Chantelle is busy planning her 2023 wedding and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
